(CBS Detroit) -- As residents in Southeast Michigan endure a winter storm this week, various communities are issuing snow emergencies.
A snow emergency means residents are instructed to remove all vehicles from roadways to allow for streets to be plowed.
Here is a list of snow emergencies declared in the region:

- Adrian: Effective midnight on Feb. 2 through 10 a.m. on Feb. 4
- Blissfield: Effective 12:01 a.m. on Feb. 2 through 4 p.m. on Feb. 4
